★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable, uno de mis lugares favoritos para venir a dejar ropa por encargo. No por buenos si no por baratos y lo que pensaba era buena atención. Varias veces me enclgieron ropa que les pedí que secaran en bajo (playeras polo) pero pues bueno no importa ya aprendí que esas las lavo yo.
Lo que me da lastima es que siendo cliente de ya casi un año duden de mi. Me faltaron todos los calcetines, llame para comentar y básicamente me dijeron que yo estoy mal. No esperaba mas que me dijeran pues aquí están o no están o últimamente una disculpa ni quería el dinero. Pero la actitud de pues si los pusimos es lo que me da lastima. Perdieron un cliente de meses por 8 pares de calcetines.
Sorry, one of my favorite places to come to leave clothes on request. Not for good if not for cheap and what I thought was good attention. Several times they enclgieron clothes that I asked them to dry in low (polo shirts) but well it does not matter and I learned that I wash those.
What hurts me is that being a customer for almost a year doubt me. I missed all the socks, call to comment and basically they told me that I'm wrong. I did not expect more to be told because here they are or they are not or lately an apology or wanted the money. But the attitude of if we put them is what hurts me. They lost a client of months by 8 pairs of socks.
