★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La última vez que llevé ropa me la entregaron varios días después de la fecha de entrega, además de que me hacía falta casi la mitad de mi ropa, cuando fui a comentarles que me hacía falta ropa la señora me dijo que no era su responsabilidad la "pérdida" de artículos y que no podían devolverlos ni nada por el estilo.
The last time I wore clothes, they delivered it to me several days after the delivery date, besides I needed almost half of my clothes, when I went to tell them that I needed clothes, the lady told me it was not her responsibility "loss" of items and they could not return them or anything like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, le entregaron la ropa a otra persona y tardaron una semana en recuperarla, el colmo.es que cobraron el servicio como si nada hubiera pasado.
Very bad service, they gave the clothes to someone else and it took a week to get it back, the last straw is that they charged for the service as if nothing had happened.
