Terrible service, they always arrive late, they never tell me that they will, they arrive when they feel like it and they never answer the phone.
a	ana contreras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicité un servicio y lo cancelaron sin previo aviso, después de solicitar ayuda por la app sin ninguna respuesta encontré el teléfono de la sucursal, contesta una señorita "bueno" como si estuviera en su casa, le pregunté que si llamaba a Mr Jeff y me dice si, ¿qué se le ofrece? y yo le comento mi situación, dice aaaa si ya me acordé de ese pedido lo cancelamos porque no tenemos los productos para hacerlo, le pregunté porque no me llamaron para avisarme que se iba a cancelar y solo dijo pues las cancelaciones las hace el gerente. Pésimo servicio al cliente, no están preparados para dar los servicios que ofrecen, falta esperar si me reembolsan mi dinero. I requested a service and they canceled it without prior notice, after requesting help through the app without any response I found the branch's phone, answered a "good" lady as if she were at home, I asked her if she called Mr Jeff and I says yes, what is offered? and I commented my situation, I say aaaa if I already thought of that request we canceled because we have the products to do, I asked because I did not call to let me know he was going to cancel and just said because cancellations are made by the manager.
