Servicio regular, no quedó limpia mi ropa lo cual puede pasar, cuando volví a explicarles la situación y pedir por favor que lo resuelvan no quisieron hacerse cargo porque “no lavan a mano y no se hacen responsables por qué la ropa quede limpia “ Sara la encargada buena persona, buenas intenciones pero pésima empresaria. No lo recomendaría

Pesimoo lugar! Lei los comentarios y vi uno muy malo y aun así dije les dare otra oportunidad (ya que el comentario fue de hace 1 año). Primero "no encontraban" mi ropa, dure más de una hora esperando!!! Despues la pudieron "encontrar" y me la dieron en una bolsa cerrada y bien rapido me cobraron luego luego, ya por las prisas y al haber durado bastante tiempo alli me fui sin revisar la ropa y solo la eche en la maleta. Al sacar ya la ropa de la maleta que me voy dando cuenta que NO ME LAVARON LA ROPA!!!!! OSEA "LA PERDIERON" ME COBRARON! Y NI LA LAVARON!!!!! Creo que eso de "perder la ropa" lo hacen para quedarse con ella... saben que la gente va de viaje y tienen que irse y NUNCA PUEDEN HACER NADA AL RESPECTO! Eviten ir allí, solo pasaran mal rato!!!

Great service with reasonable price. It takes 24hr to get clothes back, but it was perfect wash & fold service.

We had an unpleasant experience with this laundromat, they ruined us a lot of clothes, when we came to complain they did not really address us and just waited for us to leave. Poor laundry and poor service.

I’ve visited this laundry service multiple times with little issues. But that means I leveled my expectations and read all local reviews before deciding on this particular venue. Suggestions: 1. Places don’t always open when Google says they will. 2. Based on other reviews, you can bring laundry on two separate drops (whites v. colors) or pay additional pesos to have them separate your laundry. We opted for different drop days 3. Bring your patience, sometimes the line gets long 4. The service is open late 5. You get your clothes back when they are done. They may say one day and it not be ready. 6. Often you can pick up same day. 7. The price is more than reasonable for the service. 8. Don’t forget to tip. I hope you find this review helpful. If so, give me a thumbs up.

Would have been a good experience if not for 2 main issues: 1. I lost my slip at first but remembered my number. She refused to give me my clothes without my slip. So I went back and dig through trash to find it. 2. They lost some of my clothes. I’m absolutely fuming about it. Thank god, I didn’t bring anything expensive. You might have a great experience like others here but beware! I tried Smart Clean (a block away) on my next attempt and nothing was lost.

Nikita's laundry ruined our clothes, we explicitly asked to wash about 30 degrees and according to how the laundry came out ruined it looked much more degrees and at least 40 degrees. They destroyed 3 shirts, one was completely ripped off and one was stained with other colors from the laundry (colored laundry) and under came out like a rag and all its fabric was destroyed, stay away from that awful laundry if you want to keep your clothes. When we asked to talk to the manager, they told us to come back at 19:00 pm and the place was closed! They just ignored us and made us walk away desperate. For the laundry response I will replay here: We never talked about black and white, this was Colored laundry. You acted like you didn’t understand us, and only said ‘boss at 19:00 pm’ Instead of try to help, we asked you to call your boss and compensate the clothes you ruin and you ignored. We came on time you said and there was no one there, the place was closed, and we have no reason to lie about it! We wanted you to take the responsibility for what you ruin, you should’ve pay for what you damaged, but you ignored and faded away.
