Mala experiencia, como tal ahí no es una lavanderia, es más bien un centro de recolección de ropa, si tienes prisa para el mismo día, ni esperanzas. Porque ellos sólo recolectan la ropa, y prácticamente una vez que tienen un pedido grande la envían a la lavandería real, que esta más al centro, cerca del mercado. No muy lejos una de otra. En mi caso me explicaron el proceso, deje mi ropa sabiendo cómo era el proceso, considerando que para el día siguente ya estaría lista. Solicite incluso un servicio express, se excusaron con que no tenían disponible ese servicio, y que ellos son Lavandería, no lavado a mano. Cuándo al menos en cualquier otra ciudad las lavanderias son precisamente para lavado express. Pero al día siguiente tuve que salir de Manzanillo de urgencia ya que estaba ahí por cuestiones de trabajo. Fui antes de medio día para ver si por lo menos la ropa seguía ahí. Me comentaron que ya la habían eviado a la "matriz" y me enviaron a buscarla directamente ahí, que es por el centro. Y al llegar al lugar, todo muy desorganizado, batallaron un poco para encontrar mi ropa que por cierto me dijeron que la acaban de ir a dejar hacía una media hora, cuándo en el otro lugar me habían dicho que la enviaban el mismo día por la tarde. Por lo que aún no había sido lavada y habían muchisimos más encargos antes de la mía, Agrego, NO hubo malos tratos, no se me cobro nada, pero no los recomiendo ya que es tedioso tener que andar de un lado a otro, en lo personal me anime porque estaba a unas cuadras del hotel, y el calor estaba exagerado para seguir buscando. Y también por flojera. Les recomiendo mejor ir hasta el centro por el mercado principal hay muchas más y algunos con servicio para el mismo día. Tienen un mal contexto de lo que es una lavandería.
