Han perdido su distinguida formalidad en la recolección y entrega de ropa, no solucionan sus errores y otorgan las peores respuestas que escuchamos cómo clientes... "No puedo hacer nada, usted diagame"... Lo que podrían hacer es darle solución al cliente, espero que mi comentario ayude para mejorar sus formas.

They have lost their distinguished formality in the collection and delivery of clothes, they do not solve their mistakes and give the worst answers that we hear as clients ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En una ocasión pase por ahí y el patrón gritándole a sus empleadas , que mal se escuchó con razón nunca quitan su letrero de solicitan pues no les duran las chicas ahí por su mal carácter y su forma de tratarlas.

perdieron mis tennis, no tenía ni 1 años con ellos!! ???
Pésimo servicio, perdieron mis tennis, se tardaron casi 1 mes en "resolverme"
me devolvieron el 50% del costo.
Pero además de todo me cobraron el servicio de lavado de algo que ya no tengo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio ya es pésimo, lleve unos tennis prácticamente nuevos que rompieron al lavar, levante mi queja me indicaron que tardaban de 1 a 2 meses para revisar las cámaras y cuando regreso me indican que no tienen ningún reporte que no procede nada después de tanto tiempo, no te indican si se van a romper al lavar, no suficiente con esto también los confundieron y los entregaron a otra persona
