Me perdieron una prenda (tanto yo como la señorita contamos las prendas antes y después del servicio), y la respuesta q me dieron fue nula. Un simple “pues no está”, y a echarse la culpa internamente “yo lave pero mi compañera secó” y “yo sequé todo lo que había lavado”.. ni unas disculpas ni el menor gesto para asumir la responsabilidad. Al final ya ni me miraban a los ojos al hablar. Lamentable. Felizmente hay muchas otras lavanderías en la zona, asi que les sugiero eviten esta.
Very disappointed by the total lack of customer service at this laundry. They lost a garment (both me and the lady counted the garments before and after the service), and the answer they gave me was null. A simple "it is not there", and to blame himself internally "I washed but my partner dried" and "I dried everything I had washed" ... neither an apology nor the slightest gesture to assume responsibility. In the end they didn't even look me in the eyes when speaking. Regrettable. Fortunately there are many other laundries in the area, so I suggest avoiding this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read the previous review and thought that in two years they'd have fixed their customer service issue. I was wrong.
This place is close to many short-term rentals, which is how I ended up here. If I could do it again, I would've went to a place farther away.
