Me han respondido y me hicieron descuento pero eso no me ayuda si de un juego tamaño king de color me pierden una y ya me quedo sin el juego completo. Honestos pero cuenten. Good service. Pick up and delivery Very convenient BUT MAKE A LIST of what you are sending in front of the person that picks up and delivers to see if everything is there. It's a good laundry, but count your pieces, make a list of what you send and what you get back. I have lost covers and sheets. They responded and gave me a discount, but that doesn't help me if I lose one of a color king-size set and I'm left without the complete set. Honest but count. Good service. Replacing the 4 shorts, the top and the socks will cost a minimum of 2000 pesos and I sent them the list via whatsapp to find an agreement. they only suggested paying 500 pesos (which is ridiculous for 6 clothes!!) and didn't want to pay more to replace them. The owner is not responsive on Whatsapp. AVOID THIS LAVANDERIA AT ALL COST!
