★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando fui a recoger una chamarra, no la encontraban y me dijeron de volver a llamar 4h después. Cuando llamé, aún no la encontraban. Al día siguiente, llamé y me contestó la recepcionista que por la demora en el servicio, me iban a llevar la chamarra a mi domicilio y supuestamente apuntó mi dirección. La semana que siguió, intenté llamarlos en varios momentos del día porque aún no la recibía y nadie me contestaba. Una semana después de que me dijera que recibiría mi chamarra, aún no la recibía. Volví a llamar a la recepcionista la cual no supo decirme qué pasó con la chamarra y me hizo hablar con otro empleado el cual contradijo la versión de la recepcionista, diciéndome que nunca hacían devoluciones a domicilio. Decidí ir otra vez a la tienda y por fin estaba mi chamarra. Hay una malísima logística dado que todos se echaban la bolita.

The week that followed, I tried to call them at various times of the day because I still did not receive it and nobody answered me. I called the receptionist again, who could not tell me what happened to the jacket and made me talk to another employee who contradicted the receptionist's version, telling me that they never made home deliveries. I decided to go back to the store and finally my jacket was there. There is a very bad logistics given that everyone threw the ball.
