Le expresoa Sara que me faltaban prendas, y la otra persona reconoce sus prendas en mi ropa: estaba todo mezclado, mi ropa y la de mi pareja con la suya. Expresamos enorme disconformidad, a lo que la señora apenas respondió algo, sin hacerse cargo del problema. Si están apurados busquen otro lugar. Et pour couronner le tout il y a des tâches, tout cela pour un prix élevé ! Les personnes ne sont pas réactives et compréhensives ! The ladies were really nice but unfortunately they lost a lot of my clothes, gave me some clothes that aren’t mine, most of it was still wet. When I came back after two hours (during opening hours) the lady who has the keys to the laundry room wasn’t there so I didn’t get my lost clothes back ??‍♀️ I had a bus to Cancun so there was nothing else I could do and now they are permanently gone.
