Soy cliente desde hace 6 meses, pero últimamente te pones excusas de todo.
Tuve varios disgustos que me incitaron a buscar otra lavandería.
Primero, me mandaron una prenda que no era mía, la cual la regrese pero sabemos que no todos hacen eso.
Segundo, lleve ropa y colchas a lavar lo cual quería que me lo cobrarán en una cuenta distinta porque las colchas no eran mías, por lo cual la muchacha que me atendió no le importo y lo puso en la misma cuenta.
Tercero, me informaron que ya no iban a entregar bolsas (lo cual se me hace correcto) pero resulta que al ir a recogerla me dice la muchacha que si llevaba bolsa, cuando mi ropa la lleve en bolsa, su excusa fue que tiraban las bolsas de plástico que nunca la reutilizaban. Aquí es donde entra un cuarto punto, en ocasiones anteriores mi ropa me la habían regresado en la misma, ya qué, yo me daba cuenta por el agujero que llevaba cuando yo la había llevado. Jamás les reclame ni nada por la bolsa que me regresaban porque se me hace justo reutilizarlas, pero entonces que me diera esa excusa tan errónea es lo que no me agrada.
Quinto, la actitud de la muchacha no es la mejor ya que, le valió cuando le pedí las cuentas por separado, y cuando fui a recoger me alega de la bolsa, a lo que terminé diciéndole pues que me vendiera una y me dijo que ya no vendían bolsas, se da la vuelta y me da mi ropa que ya tenía empacada en una bolsa, le pregunto que cuanto era y no me respondió ya hasta después que me quedo bien de mala manera y me dijo ya esta cobrado.
Es desagradable esta situación porque no era cliente de apenas, pero espero que tengan mas cuidado en su personal, porque de los clientes es que funciona.
He de mencionar que la muchacha lleva poco tiempo ahí, es nueva, tal vez por eso es su falta de conocimiento al tratar con un cliente. Pero por todo no creo que sea una excusa el trato despreciable.

Third, they informed me that they were no longer going to deliver bags (which is correct) but it turns out that when I went to pick them up the girl told me that if she had a bag, when my clothes were in a bag, her excuse was that they threw the bags made of plastic that was never reused. This is where a fourth point comes in, on previous occasions my clothes had been returned to me in the same, and what, I could tell by the hole it had when I had worn it. I never complained to them or anything about the bag that they returned to me because it makes me fair to reuse them, but then the fact that they gave me that wrong excuse is what I don't like.
Fifth, the attitude of the girl is not the best since, it was worth her when I asked her for the bills separately, and when I went to pick up she alleges me about the bag, to which I ended up telling her to sell me one and she told me that now They did not sell bags, he turned around and gave me my clothes that he had already packed in a bag, I asked him how much it was and he did not answer me until after I looked good in a bad way and he told me it was already paid.
This situation is unpleasant because I was hardly a customer, but I hope you take more care in your staff, because it works for customers.
I have to mention that the girl has not been there for a long time, she is new, perhaps that is why it is her lack of knowledge when dealing with a client. But for everything I don't think the despicable treatment is an excuse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bonito y amplio pero el personal es muy descortés, te atienden con desprecio como si les debieras hasta por mirar su local la ropa nunca esta el mismo día y si hay un problema con las lavadoras o si tienes problemas con alguna prenda no te ayudan al contrario ni pidiendo su asistencia te hacen caso, pero para cobrar eso si lo hacen rápido y bien
