Las personas que atienden son muy agradables y se ve que les gusta hacer su trabajo. Los precios están súper accesibles y diario tienen promociones algo que casi nunca tienen otras lavanderías. Sin duda, la mejor de todas, la recomiendo! Excellent laundry, they leave your clothes smelling delicious and they also have new machines and they always look clean, like the business as a whole. i	israel corona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chica que atiende es muy amable pero la otra encargada o dueña es una déspota, el servicio muy malo, el secado es muy lento y no es suficiente el tiempo que dan para la carga que se supones es la ideal, lo hacen para cobrar más, no recomendable... Una de ellas fue muy paciente, empática y atenta (la que acaba de entrar) y la otra que ya lleva más tiempo: 1.No me dió mi ticket (aún cuando se lo pedí) 2. Me cobró una cobija de bebé como edredón (qué alguien le expliqué) 3. Pagué 3 secadoras y solo quería que usará dos que porque sí se secaba bien toda la ropa, a lo que le dije que no, que yo había pagado 3 y 3 eran las que quería usar a pues ella fue la que le pico a la máquina para que empezará a trabajar y no sé si lo hizo adrede pero la ropa salió exactamente igual de como la saqué de la lavadora ( o sea había playeras de algodón que salieron húmedas después de 40 min "secándose", ya se imaginarán los pantalones) 4.Al tratar de hablar con ella me dijo que no era su problema, que porque ella no era la dueña entonces le valía (literal así me contestó) 5.la neta está de la fregada que uno pague lavadora y secadora y todavía tengas que llegar a tu casa a tender a las 8 de la noche. O sea son M A M A D A S. Terrible customer service from one of your employees... Una tristeza porque el servicio a domicilio es perfecto.
