★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen la capacidad para un edredón tamaño king size, me lo mancharon y no usan buen detergente u aromatizante. Al momento de recoger mis almohadas me cobraron costo extra sin anticiparlo, era un lavado habitual, nada especial pero como eran de pluma por eso había sido el extra yo solo pensé que al momento de haberlas recibido les indiqué que eran de pluma y me marcaron el precio. En fin deberían tener claridad en costos y materiales y si no cuentan con la capacidad para alguna prenda, mencionarlo.
They don't have the capacity for a king size duvet, they stained it on me and they don't use good detergent or air freshener. At the time of picking up my pillows they charged me an extra cost without anticipating it, it was a usual wash, nothing special but since they were made of feathers so it had been the extra I just thought that when I received them I indicated that they were made of feather and they marked me the price. In short, they should be clear about costs and materials and if they do not have the capacity for a garment, mention it.
