Excellent attention, the lady who owns the premises is very very friendly and remembers her clients well. I never lost anything (as often happens in laundries), the service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó que mi ropa no huela a limpio, a mi parecer ni la lavaron bien y para lo que pagué, que sentí que fue muy caro, esperaba más. En los puntos positivos, son amables, eso lo reconozco, sería la única razón por la que regresaría. Como soy de fuera, no sabía que aquí en la CDMX las lavanderías no dan bolsas y tienes que llevar tu bolsa de tela, eso es lo de menos y voy a comprar mi bolsa ;) Pero no me lo dijeron hasta que fui a recoger mi ropa :/ Voy a seguir buscando lavanderías cerca de aquí y si ninguna me convence, regreso con ustedes ^^
I did not like that my clothes did not smell clean, in my opinion they were not washed well and for what I paid, which I felt was very expensive, I expected more. On the plus points, they are friendly, I admit that, it would be the only reason I would come back. Since I'm from outside, I didn't know that here in CDMX laundries don't give bags and you have to take your cloth bag, that's the least of it and I'm going to buy my bag ;) But they didn't tell me until I went to pick up my clothes :/ I'm going to keep looking for laundromats near here and if none convinces me, I'll come back to you ^^
