★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué a las 3:00 pm del domingo 03 de octubre, nadie en mostrador, lavadoras abiertas y sucursal vacía, espero unos 10 minutos afuera por supuesto, aparece una dama con cierto aire de autoridad (me comentó ser la encargada de varias sucursales en la zona) y me dice: "vaya a Pablo Neruda porque allá si hay servicio de lavandería" .... Valor y Fortaleza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mande a lavar mis tenis deportivos y cuando los recogí me los entregaron todos despegados de la suela, la señorita de mostrador muy amable el problema fueron los dueños al mencionar que seria la ultima ocasión que se aplicaba garantía (reparación) que en futuros servicios no se hacían responsables. Jamás vuelvo a llevar ninguna prenda o calzado.
I sent my sports shoes to be washed and when I picked them up they were delivered to me all detached from the sole, the lady at the counter was very kind, the problem was the owners when they mentioned that it would be the last time that a guarantee (repair) was applied that in future services will not be held them accountable. I will never wear any clothing or shoes again.
