Llevé mi ropa para que la lavaran, pues mi lavadora se descompuso, cuando fui a recogerla y la revisé con calma en mi casa, noté que me faltaba una sudadera, regresé al siguiente día y le dije que me faltaba ropa, enseguida dijo que eso no era posible, sin antes revisar. Pusimos de vuelta la ropa en la báscula y dijo que era más peso que el que habíamos traído y que por eso no era posible que nos faltara ropa si pesaba más (seguramente su báscula está dañada). Comenzó a revisar las bolsas con los nombres cuando una chica que trabaja ahí preguntó el color de la sudadera y comenzó a buscarla en la parte de atrás de la tienda y la encontró. Acto seguido notamos que en el ticket que nos entregaron decía 1/3, cuando sólo nos había entregado dos bolsas, le habló a alguien para preguntarle sobre la sudadera y le dijo que efectivamente la sudadera la había colocado en otro lado para "secarla por separado". A juzgar por el misticismo de la situación, probablemente ni siquiera lavaron la sudadera, no sé qué querían hacer con ella. No tuvieron la amabilidad de pedir disculpas cuando fue error de ellos y fueron groseros. NO LA RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO. Terrible service. At first the gentleman who was at the desk very rude. Ojalá yo lo hubiese sabido. Fueron muy amables igual en el trato, pero tienen demasiado trabajo y se confunden con facilidad. They lost 70 grams of my clothes. g	gabriela mendoza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando es un servicio que utilizas siempre sabes de sobra que hay inconvenientes que en absolutamente en todas las prestadoras de este servicio pasan por más caro o barato que esté sea. En lo personal dan buen servicio, en lavado la ropa huele rico y no la entregan arrugada, en cuanto a planchado de todos los lugares en los que e estado es el que más me gusta ya que no marcan los botones para que no se rompa la manga con el tiempo, la ropa de dama la planchan muy bien. En general recomiendo el servicio.
