De la parte de tintorería si ellos te manchan prendas o las dañan no se hacen responsables de nada. Compre una tarjeta por noventa y tantos pesos para hacer 2 lavados y 2 secados, y como uno es el cliente que utiliza el equipo, pase la tarjeta 3 veces seguidas y no me di cue ta que la puerta estaba abierta, por lo que me cobro 3 lavadoras a pesar de no haberlas usado. Pedí el rembolso y ni la señorita ni el supervisor quisieron hacer el abono ami tarjeta, cero servicio el cliente cero solución de conflictos, cero sentido común. Reprobados, no vuelvo, les regale 60 pesos por un servicio que no utilice, yo soy el que tuve que perder el dinero, y uds ganar a costa de un error que no pudieron arreglar con el personal que contratan.
