Cuando reclamé por entregármelo mucho peor de cómo lo dejé la señora fue increíblemente grosera. Me dijo que ella no garantiza su trabajo. Solo me arruinaron el abrigo que me costó bastante caro. No lleven sus prendas porque solo se las van a arruinar.
The worst service I've ever had. I took a coat to dry cleaning, but they returned it to me just as dirty and super wrinkled. When I complained about giving it to me much worse than how I left it, the lady was incredibly rude. She told me that she doesn't guarantee her job. They just ruined my coat which cost me dearly. Do not bring your clothes because they will only ruin them.
