No cumplen con su fecha de entrega, creo que deberían por lo menos llamar al cliente si no podrán cumplir con su compromiso de entrega por el motivo que sea. La chica es muy poco amable a la hora de dar explicaciones. Tuve que llevarme mi ropa tal cual se las entregue para llevarla a otra lavanderia
Terrible service, my first visit and a disappointment. They don't meet their delivery date, I think they should at least call the customer if they won't be able to meet their delivery commitment for whatever reason. The girl is very unkind when it comes to explaining. I had to take my clothes as they were delivered to take to another laundry
