★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left my laundry on 11am and got in back cleaned, dried and folded at 6pm on the same day for only 50 pesos (I think it was about 3kg)! They didn’t take my underwear and socks out of hygienic reasons which was ok for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We dropped off some clothes on Saturday afternoon, 18 Jan at 13:06, and upon pick up an expensive blue ‘Ben Sherman’ polo shirt was missing. The order number was 58948, will it be there to pickup on Monday? Please respond as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I treat my clothes with great care, i have put a note in Spanish with instructions to NOT tumble dry the clothes because they would then fade and also told this to the woman over there.
Guess what they did: They tumble dried everything and ignored the note, so now all these clothes are ruined! My dark black jeans turned into dark grey and my coloured shirts are all faded out! I really regret going here because now they are all ruined and have to buy new coloured shirts, if I still can!
Also: They also do not take socks and underwear.... So i had to go to 2 places to get everything done. Really not happy with them at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service: requested air dry only but was ignored resulting in shrink clothing and melted cords in athletic gear, all with terrible attitude to go with it (pic as proof of damage to cord in excessive heat). Avoid at all costs.
