★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mande lavar dos edredones y cuando me los entregaron uno de ellos estaba manchado y olía a orín de gato y tenía como residuos de arenilla, fui al día siguiente y no me creyeron, a demás que me dijeron que si me la lavaban volvería a cobrarme. Pésimo servicio y mala atención al cliente.
I had two quilts washed and when they handed them to me one of them was stained and smelled of cat urine and had like residues of grit, I went the next day and they did not believe me, others that they told me that if they washed it, they would charge me again. Terrible service and poor customer service.
