★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue la siguiente: Lleve 2 prendas a limpiar, un traje y un par de tenis. Con el traje no tuve ningún problema, pero los tenis me los entregaron igual de sucios, aunque envueltos en una película transparente (como los entregan en otros lados cuando hacen este servicio)... Le hice saber está situación a la encargada y como que no muy convencida se comunicó con algún otra persona y al final se me reembolso el dinero de la limpieza de los tenis. No se que hubiera pasado si la otra persona no hubiera contestado.
My experience was as follows: I brought 2 pieces of clothing to clean, a suit and a pair of tennis shoes. With the suit I had no problem, but the tennis shoes were delivered to me just as dirty, although wrapped in a transparent film (as they are delivered elsewhere when they do this service) ... I let the manager know about this situation and like what Not very convinced she contacted someone else and in the end I was reimbursed the money for cleaning the tennis shoes. I don't know what would have happened if the other person hadn't answered.
