★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, resulta que dejo mis cobijas en calidad de urgente pague lo que me pidieron pues sube el precio y no tenían ni olor a jabón menos a suavitel, como si las ubieran remojado y secado nadamas, que robo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavatina de Aquiles Serdán, pésimo servicio y pésimo trato, si dejas la ropa para servicio completo y la mezclan con otra ropa que no es tuya, faltan prendas y te dan otras que no tuyas. Les reclamas y te dicen que fue porque ya iban a cerrar, que revisarán las cámaras para saber a quien le dieron las prendas que te faltan.
Pides hablar con el propietario y te lo niegan.
Lavatina de Aquiles Serdán, terrible service and terrible treatment, if you leave the clothes for full service and they mix them with other clothes that are not yours, they are missing clothes and they give you others that are not yours. You complain to them and they tell you that it was because they were already closing, that they will check the cameras to find out who they gave the missing clothes to.
You ask to speak to the owner and they deny it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patéticos, dicen que te darán tu cambio al termino del servicio, cuando lo pides se niegan diciendo que te lo dieron, argumentan que revisaran las cámaras pero a ti no te dejan ver el video, si insistes se juntan las trabajadoras para agredirte verbalmente, TE ROBAN, MAL SERVICO. URGE HABLAR CON EL PROPIETARIO, si no mejoran seguirán perdiendo clientes.
Pathetic, they say that they will give you your change at the end of the service, when you ask they refuse saying that they gave it to you, they argue that they will check the cameras but they will not let you see the video, if you insist the workers join to verbally attack you, YOU STEAL, BAD SERVICE. IT IS URGENT TO TALK WITH THE OWNER, if they do not improve they will continue to lose customers.

En particular nunca nos a faltado nada y hay exelente servicio . Recomiendo al 100 %??
Y referente a las chicas siempre hay una diferente en los horarios
