Layla Tulum Boutique Hotel - 77760 Tulum

I recently stayed at Layla Tulum for my final night and while visiting this beautiful city. I spent the first two nights at a beach resort (Alaya Tulum) but wanted to also experience a stay in the city. The design of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. I chose the room with the suspended bed and absolutely loved it. It was comfortable and soothing to sway a bit as I relaxed and slept. Given the bed is suspended in the middle of the room, it gives the room a bit of a small feel compared to some of the other rooms I walked by where there was space for a chair and a lot more room. However, this didn't bother me much but is worth noting if you need more space and have lots of luggage. Staff were friendly and it was easy to walk to the main street or restaurants and shopping. Staff helped with getting taxis including to the airport and also provided great recommendations for dining. I went to La Brasa for breakfast and had the best chilaquiles! If I was staying in the city again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

The rooms are comfortable, beautifully decorated, and quiet despite the hotel being so centrally located. The pool was also amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly. Would recommend all to stay here!

Layla Tulum Boutique Hotel is unique and gorgeous in a graceful way. It's clean, fun and has very creative and beautiful architecture. The rooftop pool is amazing, you can enjoy a dip and drink while soaking in the sunset. The energy is indescribable. The pool is better than any pictures, and the service at the pool is wonderful. Close to fantastic restaurants, including the Kay Nah. The staff is both friendly and professional. I couldn't ask for more!

This is the place to go in Tulum. Amazing place with heart and soul in the service of all the staff, very rare these days when you feel the passion of making you feel seen without the artificial service for tip. You can relax by the rooftop with great drinks and food, and when you need to sleep it’s perfectly placated close to all bars and restaurants but enough distance to keep it quite.

Stunning hotel in the heart of Tulum and on the doorstep of some great restaurants and shops. The concierge was helpful in every aspect. The highlight was the rooftop bar and pool, the rooms were a close second - great design and high quality. Would stay again

We stayed for 5 nights at Layla Tulum and it was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is very centrally located and has a gorgeous rooftop pool and bar (...which we spent an unholy amount of time at!). As a boutique hotel it was never too busy which was lovely and gave it that extra luxury feel. The rooms were very stylish and high spec, clean, good aircon/fan. The staff was always very pleasant and helpful, helping me book day trips and answering any questions I had. Would highly recommend. The only thing I might suggest is having hotel bikes for guest use - it's the main way to get around Tulum and would make life a bit easier!

We loved it here!! They are so accommodating and friendly and kind. The drinks and food was so good. We stayed for two nights and everything could not have been better. Room service was great too. We felt safe and taken care of here. You can’t beat the decor and vibe and the rooftop. You will not regret booking here. They are a few minor details that I think are worth mentioning. The room we stayed in was quite small so if that bothers you try to book a bigger one. The bed was so comfy nevertheless! I wish they had a blow dryer as I forgot mine but didn’t cause that much inconvenience. In the shower there aren’t shelves so you do need to put your stuff on the floor which kinda sucks but again not the biggest deal. We appreciate the staff very much and felt so taken care of.
