Por lo menos ya no se ve abandonado como hace unos años atras, lo malo es que las plantas que ponen en los jardines las abandonan y nunca las riegan, por lo tanto se secan. A demas hay un centro cultural donde se imparten cursos y una sala que hace muchos años atras fue el Cine Venustiano Carranza. Actualmente lo utilizan para presentar eventos o peliculas sin ningun costo la entrada.
The place has improved lately. At least it is no longer abandoned as a few years ago, the bad thing is that the plants they put in the gardens leave them and never water them, therefore they dry up. In addition there is a cultural center where courses are taught and a room that many years ago was the Venustiano Carranza Cinema. Currently they use it to present events or movies at no cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que el vecino tuviera los mismos pantalones que yo el verdulero de La Merced y aquí todos los vecinos son muy mulas y bien chismosos y se creen hartó y pobres y delicados no recomiendo vivir aquí y tratan mal a todos los que se van para acá y a los policías y ya me quisieron abrir y nadie hizo nada ni me ayudó el departamentito bien chiquito y cerca de La Merced eso es todo.
