★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen trabajo con buena paga pero sujeto a presión constante. Normalmente andan de 6 a 6 de lunes a viernes. Le falta orden a la hora de ejecutar actividades y más entrenamiento a líderes, es mera improvisación lo que hacen y cómo lo hacen. La organización de la administración es muy buena a diferencia de la que hay en piso. Cualquier empleado está sujeto a 30 días de prueba para probar que es apto para el trabajo que se le dió. Si despiden a mucha gente por no dar el nivel requerido. Por otro lado las instalaciones son muy bonitas, casi no hay ruido adentro y se trabaja con ropa civil para más comodidad.
Good job with good pay but under constant pressure. Normally they go from 6 to 6 from Monday to Friday. It lacks order when executing activities and more training for leaders, what they do and how they do it is mere improvisation. The organization of the administration is very good unlike the one in the apartment. Any employee is subject to 30 days of probation to prove that they are fit for the job they were given. If they fire a lot of people for not giving the required level. On the other hand, the facilities are very nice, there is almost no noise inside and you work with civilian clothes for more comfort.
