T	Tania D'Acosta Ramos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad tenia altas expectativas del lugar pero fue algo decepcionante ya que en primera me atendieron 15 min despues de la hora de mi cita, me atendieron 3 personas diferentes, la verdad el lavado de cabello y aplicacion de ampolletas no tuve ningun problema, se ve que los productos son de calidad pero igual ya habian pasado 30 min despues de la hora que era mi cita para que me cortaran el cabello (lo cual yo les dije que estaba en mi hora de comida del trabajo). total me empezaron a cortar el cabello y la chica que me lo corto literal "acabo" y se fue de la tienda dejándome con una tercer chica para secarme el cabello y peinarme. luego pasando unos días me lo alacie yo y me cayo la sorpresa que estaba chuequisimo el corte!!! en vez de tenerlo recto me lo dejaron como en diagonal, y eso no fue lo peor, me dejaron mechones como de 3 cm mas largos que todo el cabello, un amigo me lo tuvo que emparejar para que se viera decente pero aqui mi coraje es ¿como es posible que cobren asi para que no hagan bien las cosas? ya tendré que ir con otro estilista para que me arregle el cabello The truth had high expectations of the place but it was somewhat disappointing because I was first treated 15 minutes after the time of my appointment, I was treated by 3 different people, the truth is that the hair washing and application of ampules did not have any problem, it looks that the products are of quality but like it had already passed 30 min after the hour that was my appointment to have my hair cut (which I told them was in my lunch hour from work). Jamás volveré ahí. Acabas teniendo tu la culpa por los shampoos y matizadores que usas. It did not meet my expectations. You ask for a tone of lights and they give you another. You have to know how to recognize that they were wrong and that's it. But they give you thousands of excuses. I will never go back there. You end up being to blame for the shampoos and toners you use.
