I met Carrie yesterday and she gave me an incredible haircut! She is very kind and nice too! I always get nervous because some stylists just lecture about how damaged is your hair.. or what a terrible job the past stylist did etc... none of that! Not in here! The total opposite! I would totally come back!

I've been in Playa for over a month now, and I needed my roots dyed which is what initially led me to this salon. They were recommended by a L'Oréal color rep in Canada. They have hair dye that is close to ammonia free and she nailed the color formula that my stylist sent to me. I was so impressed with their services that I booked my daughter for a cut and she wanted two strands dyed pink - Again, she nailed it. (I don't know her name but she's the stylist with the short hair - I would HIGHLY recommend her!) As I was there, a lady was getting her nails done and they looked amazing after the service which prompted me to book an appointment for my nails. I am so HAPPY with the manicure and pedicure that I received. I've been to other nail salons in Playa and they take FOREVER (literally FOREVER). She was so efficient and detail oriented. Overall, I would recommend this salon to anyone and I will definitely be going back in 2 weeks for a root touch up and a mani/pedi!

Got a bleach + coloring (950 + 250 MXN) for my short hair from Laura, and I love it! Same-day appointment via Facebook. Lots of English speaking in the salon. My only suggestion would be about the chairs - they're carved out of wood... stylish but not super comfortable :)
