I bought the half liter of artisanal Nutella ice cream. The ice cream is watery... Maybe others like it that way but for me, the worst ice cream I've ever eaten, for me it was better made at home without any special tools...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si hablamos en el ámbito de cliente son muy tardados en servir el producto, de muy mala calidad las nieves, pero sobre todo sus precios exorbitantes, y para trabajar en esta sucursal y en todas te exigen pero el sueldo no es lo que te mereces por tu esfuerzo, y quién te capacita en esta sucursal no tiene empatía con los empleados te explota si es tu último día, te hace realizar actividades que a él le corresponden y en lugar de apoyar se la pasa sentado en el mostrador mientras que uno está trabajando arduamente, por eso como cliente no lo recomiendo y para laborar jamas trabajen aquí pésima capacitación la única persona que vale la pena tratar es con el gerente de sucursal por e que el si comprende las situaciones pero de hay en fuera el encargado no vale la pena tratarlo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio lento, no son flexibles, si solo quieres 1 sabor te piden que selecciones varios (dependiendo del tamaño te ofrecen diferente cantidad de sabores), ademas la nieves son muy artificiales, la de mandarina sabe a gatorade, mientras que la de mamey sabía pasada, como si ya estuviera caducada. No lo recomiendo.
Slow service, they are not flexible, if you only want 1 flavor they ask you to select several (depending on the size they offer you a different number of flavors), also the ice creams are very artificial, the tangerine one tastes like gatorade, while the mamey one tasted soggy As if it was already expired. I do not recommend it.
