Fun, exciting, engaging tableside staff. Third meal at Bahia Principe and so far it's easily the best. Excellent service and food quality.

My wife had the duck and I had the fillet mignon. Both were amazing and we were given great service! The steak was cooked perfectly.

We were late about 30 minutes from our reservation, the host was very rude about that we were late, she kept repeating same thing over and over that we were late. We were about 12 people group, they rejected to make one table that was initially reserved after long long conversation they set three separate tables. In the middle of trying to enjoy the place after all check in hassle, service manager(Iris) came by to one of our table and start educating me about the situation that I was wrong about it and she let my hotel service manager know about this. Seriously??? Honestly I was expecting that at least the service manager would be apologetic about the situation, NOT AT ALL!!! She just destroyed my last hope that I was going to enjoy the place somewhat. She ruined my meal, my stay at the restaurant and my evening. I may understand if the stuff member is not professional and not providing best customer service, but I would never understand that the service manager can provide such a horrible service. Restaurant itself is very cozy and the service from waitresses is pretty good.

Had a great experience at this restaurant, located inside Bahia Principe Coba. The service was awesome, our waiter Saul was warm and welcoming. The food was outstanding. The manager is delightful and we spoke for some time. We can't wait to return in the near future.

The best specialty restaurant in this resort, highly recommend you try it, the food and service were excellent.

Le Gourmet is a wonderful restaurant. The staff are the friendliest and are there to cater to your needs. They have the most fabulous signature drink that they start you off with, it contains gin, sparkling wine, and passion fruit foam. They have a lovely cheese cart that comes around and provides you with a decadent selection of cheeses, my only complaint is the the lack of room to fit all the delicious food in my stomach. I had the salad to start which had peanut brittle, strawberries, and goat cheese on it. Next was French onion soup which they pour right at your table, so fancy. Steak was next and they cook it perfectly to your liking. I ended with the chocolate fondant which was perfect as it wasn't too filling and had a gooey, warm, decadent chocolate center, yummy. You will not be disappointed.

Went to two restaurants in Coba during our stay. This was the best one. Had air conditioning unlike the Mediterranean restaurant which was a plus. Liked everything I was served. Service was attentive.
