★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a conocer la tienda y tanto el concepto como el personal se me hizo excelente, me explicaron toda la línea de productos que no es pequeña. Los precios son altos y creo qué hay opciones de perfumería nicho mejores por el mismo pero me da gusto que se aventaran a poner una tienda independiente. Hay que visitarla en septiembre que es cuando venden las fragancias exclusivas de otras ciudades.
 I went to see the store and both the concept and the staff were excellent, they explained to me the entire product line that is not small. The prices are high and I think there are better niche perfumery options for it but I am glad that they jumped in to set up an independent store. You have to visit it in September when they sell the exclusive fragrances from other cities.

Fui a cdmx en la colonia Roma y la loción santal 33 que me elaboró la Señorita me atendió muy grosera por cierto tiene decolorado el cabello horrible (para que la ubiquen) no huele a nada y no me fija le dije y me contesto que no la puede cambiar!!! Como las preparan al momento le ponen mas alcohol y menos esencia para ellos ocupar el resto! Pongan atención a las personas que contratan para su marca ya que la denigran de una manera impresionante! Espero me puedan ayudar!
Don't go to that branch! I went to cdmx in the Roma neighborhood and the lotion santal 33 that the lady made for me treated me very rudely by the way her hair is horrible bleached (so they can locate her) it doesn't smell like anything and I didn't notice I told her and she answered that I didn't You can change!!! As they prepare them at the moment they put more alcohol and less essence for them to occupy the rest! Pay attention to the people who hire for your brand as they denigrate you in an impressive way! I hope you can help me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get the “city fragrances” on the last day, so the store was a bit busy. There’s a 3 person a limit + Covid protocols of no touching anything etc. Totally understandable but kinda sucks when you are shopping for a scent for yourself. Whats not acceptable is the bad attitude and horrible service when I’m spending $$$ on a fragrance! ?????? Thumbs down to the girl that worked there and the mean security lady outside. rather get it somewhere else.
