Terrible service. They just waste your time, they don't give you complete information when asking for a service, I called 3 times and they told me they were going to talk to me and they didn't, when I dialed they communicated with 4 different people and no one could solve me the problem, in the end they told me that the owner was going to contact me, three days passed and I had to call them again. When requesting an advance payment, they did not mention the terms and conditions, (according to the consumer rights established by PROFECO: When choosing a product or service, no one can pressure you, condition the sale, demand payments or advances without you having signed a contract.) So if you have Covid, a family member dies or any emergency that arises, they do not care yet and when you mark in time to cancel your appointment and that they can take advantage of the place to attend someone else ... Truth be told, there are better places, where they respect the consumer, I recommend going to a room where they do not request an advance and if they are going to request it, be sure to ask for written reports on the terms and conditions.
