★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Pedí el Ralph Lauren Tradicional, era para un regalo que me pidieron. Yo como no soy conocedor de perfumes, confíe en que la trabajadora me estaba vendiendo lo que le pedí. La caja era azul así que no desconfíe.
Al entregar el regalo, se me dijo que ese no era,. El que me dieron , al abrirlo era rosa. Fuimos a regresarlo y primero me dieron la escusa que necesitaba el recibo. Saque el recibo y se los entregué, luego me salieron con más escusas. Le llamaron a la dueña y recibimos otra negativa.
Yo como cliente , si pido cierto perfume y se me entrega, al ser tienda reconocida, confío plenamente en el artículo que recibo.
 Terrible service. Ralph Lauren Traditional ordered, was for a gift they asked me. I am not knowledgeable as perfumes, trust that the worker was selling me what I asked. The box was blue so do not be suspicious.
In delivering the gift, I was told that was not ,. Which got me to open was the rose. We went to return it and first they gave me the excuse that I needed the receipt. I took out the receipt and handed it to them, then they came out with more excuses. They called the owner and we received another refusal.
As a customer, if I ask for a certain perfume and it is delivered to me, being a recognized store, I fully trust the item I receive.
