Leading destinations will miss lead you by thinking you are paying for one type of reservation and they do not follow through of their commitments. DO NOT USR THM! It’s a scam!!

Extremely terrible service. I made a huge mistake and purchased a reservation at the Hard Rock resort Punta Cana in advance. This company is very unresponsive. I made a change to my hotel reservation and booked my non refundable flight tickets accordingly. I was promised a reservation letter confirming my reservation within 24 hours. When I did not receive the email I called the agent and they still had the old reservation but promised that I would get the updated reservation by end of the day by the agent Jerry. End of the day came, nothing happened and I called back and this time spoke to Moises. He now told me to expect the reservation letter within 48 ours. He also said I am one of thousands of people making reservations and that I can't expect a confirmation so quickly. It is disgusting that I had to make three calls over the last 30 hours and still have no reservation letter. I was supposed to have an dedicated agent Rodolfo but he was never available when I called and the other agents just made me run around. Let this be a warning to others. Don't get sucked into ever doing business with Leading Destinations/Provamex Preferrred Destinations.

It’s a scam, I haven’t been able to get a refund, don’t get fooled by these people. Horrible experience.

Hello, I will tell you about my experience. Never accept promotional packages with these people, the package is a real scam, they say one thing and another, and when you ask for the refund they tell you that it cannot be given. 1 star but google do not have 0 star

Attempted to get a refund on my travel certificate purchased at the promotional breakfast through Leading Destinations at Hard Rock Cancun, Mexico. I was told they do not offer refunds or cancellations!!!! It’s a shame because I throughly enjoyed my vacation up until check out. I have escalated the matter and reported the company. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PROMOTIONAL OFFERS THROUGH HARD ROCK OR PURCHASE ANY TRAVEL CERTIFICATES FROM LEADING DESTINATIONS!!!!

There is someone in their organization stealing contact and credit card information, committing fraud. I was contacted by someone inside of the organization claiming to have an additional vacation offer for me. They knew my travel history and name. They used a fake email address and used Leading Destinations letterheads. @client-connect.mx I was protected through using fraud protection but some people my lose money if using a debit card. They know someone in there organization is doing this and it continues to happen. Hard rock is a nice resort but if I do return, I will book directly with my travel agent and skip this sales breakfast. Enjoy your trip and never loin these vacation memberships. Don't fall for the tricks and fraud they fail to stop.
