Leaf Luxury Spa - 77760 Tulum

We had been doing a lot of walking and riding bikes and just needed a place to reset. This was perfect. With a simple day pass you get hot pool, cold plunge pool, sauna, steam shower and aromatherapy showers. Plus a small pool outside. With tea and water provided. Clean, quiet and massages are available. It is inside of a condo living establishment.

Really rude service. Steam room is broken. They randomly run out of drinking water. Very rude to their customers. They roll their eyes when you talk to them and act like police just minutes after your hour is up at the spa. It should be possible to go to the bathroom after the spa without them insisting on charging you for another hour. All the staff is incredibly rude. Worst one is the “manager” I think her name is Ximena

Massage was great and staff were super friendly, but there was nearby construction all afternoon so we couldn’t relax much and be prepared; the spa is super small. There’s only 1 (SUPER hot) hot tub, 1 polar plunge, 1 sauna and a pool

I originally asked if I could leave a review with a manager instead of posting a Google review but wasn’t given an option to do that, so here this is because I think it’s important to provide the service that’s promised. I don’t think this is a luxury experience, so the name is misleading. It’s the only hydrotherapy option in Tulum that I’m aware of, which may be why they don’t take their service more seriously. I have a joint gym and spa membership, but every time I go to the spa it seems as though something is out of order— the steam room isn’t working, or some of the aromatherapy showers aren’t working. Last time I went neither the hot tub or the plunge pool were the right temperatures, which made my visit a waste of time. There’s also no real upkeep. People leave cups everywhere. The tea station is left unattended. The tea was also cold the last time I was there. All in all, it’s disappointing that the team doesn’t take greater pride or care in their service and that there’s no way for me to leave a suggestion or complaint with management other than writing this review.

Good experience for massage. This was my very first time having a massage. It was good and make you relax and sleep well. They have very good atmosphere for massage. They also have suna room and amazing shower and also lockers for your belongings. Also they have very cold tub of water and hot water pool. I would recommend this place 100 percent. Place is really good inside but good luck on your way getting there.

Went for the Hydrotherapy. Hmmm most of everything wasn’t working and they didn’t bother about it. If there’s maintenance on some units then that should be compensated with something else.? A lot more can be done

This place is a MUST on any visit to Tulum. My boyfriend and I booked a spa day here to celebrate our anniversary. The staff was incredible and our massages / facials were wonderful. We were able to enjoy the saunas, aromatherapy showers, and pools all afternoon. Cannot recommend enough.

A few of the units as part of the hydro circuit were not functioning, but I was there to enjoy the pools. They were clean, and perfect temperatures. The space is beautiful, relaxing, peaceful. But best of all was the samadhi massage and anti-aging facial. Danae was amazing, and I really felt her healing energy wash over me. She went above and beyond to take good care of me. It was genuinely the best massage I've ever had. Her genuine warmth and spiritual focus made all the difference. And yes, the facial was worth every penny. My skin was radiant and glowing and looked 5 years younger. This spa is a gem, and I'll definitely be back, as long as Danae is there.
