La empresa lear es muy buena solo es cuestión de q sus directivos agan bn su trabajo ya q ay muchas anomalías q en otras empresas lear no se ven deberían de hacer una auditoria para q chequen como es el trato al empleado. Ay muncho trato mal de los supervisores asía los empleados no tienen ética para todos aquellos q son lambebotas es una empresa para ustedes pero si quieren trabajar honradamente luchando para un puesto pues solo q le caigas bn al supervisor y si eres mujer q tengas algo con el. Lear ponte las pilas y Checa todo eso

Tiene transporte gratuito a casi todo torreón y otros lados como Matamoros, Gómez, Lerdo, San Pedro, etc.
