V	Víctor Arellano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son amables, pero si lo que requieres es reparación mayor aquí NO. Solo los recomiendo para rehidratar pieles o mantenimientos menores. Tuve que ir a otro lugar para reparar el muy mal trabajo que hicieron. They are nice, but if what you require is major repair, NO here. I only recommend them to rehydrate skin or minor maintenance. I had to go somewhere else to repair the very bad job they did.

Pusieron mucha atención a los detalles y en general me gustó mucho. La atención al recibirme fue muy atenta y la entrega de mis tenis fue muy rápida. Los recomiendo para tenis de piel :) próximamente llevaré mi chamarra de piel por que el acabado en mis tenis también quedó muy natural. Me gustaría que tuvieran una sucursal más cerca. I really liked how my tennis shoes were, I did not think they would be that clean and that restored, especially the white color of the sole. They paid a lot of attention to detail and overall I really liked it. The attention when receiving me was very attentive and the delivery of my tennis shoes was very fast. I recommend them for leather tennis shoes :) I will soon be wearing my leather jacket because the finish on my tennis shoes was also very natural. I wish they had a closer branch.

A	Alan Coronado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verdaderamente, no diré que no hacen muy buen trabajo, sin embargo desde el 18/01 me tienen arreglando mi chamarra(motivos de tardanza un mal proceso que ellos hicieron qué empeoraron mi chamarra) el día de ayer 29/04 yo llamo por 10ma vez en lo largo de estos 3 meses y días. Llamó y pregunto sobre mi chamarra, me mencionan pasar el día siguiente 30/04 "estamos abiertos de 10 a 2". Tengo desde las 10.10 am esperando y no han abierto son las 11 am. Y ese es el motivo, 2 estrellas por un trabajo bueno. Pero muy pésimo servicio al cliente, malos seguimientos cuando tu prenda se retarda. De su parte ellos nunca me hicieron una llamada informándome de el estado de mi chamarra y me pidieron mi número prometiendo hacerlo Truly, I will not say that they do not do a very good job, however since 01/18 they have me fixing my jacket (reasons of delay a bad process that they did that made my jacket worse) yesterday 04/29 I called for the 10th time throughout these 3 months and days. He called and asked about my jacket, they mention to me to spend the next day 04/30 "we are open from 10 to 2". I've been waiting since 10:10 am and they haven't opened, it's 11 am. And that is the reason, 2 stars for a good job. But very lousy customer service, bad follow-ups when your garment is delayed. For their part, they never made a call informing me of the status of my jacket and asked for my number, promising to do so.
