★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que atiende para poner el pan en la bolsa es la misma que cobra y no tenían gel en el dispensador, creo que con o son pandemia las medidas de higiene básicas deben permanecer. La "reina" de durazno ya estaba muy seca del pan y el durazno también.
Entiendo que hay poca venta pero los pastelitos necesitan estar más frescos para garantía de consumo.
 The person who attends to put the bread in the bag is the same one who charges and they did not have gel in the dispenser, I think that with or are pandemic the basic hygiene measures must remain. The peach "queen" was already very dry from the bread and the peach too.
I understand that there is little sale but the cupcakes need to be fresher to guarantee consumption.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy rico, pero la atención a veces no es la mejor, me gustaría que hubieran más variedad en panes e hicieran más bolillos porque muchas veces se acaban rápidamente. Igual, el precio por el sabor están muy bien.
Very tasty, but the service is sometimes not the best, I wish there were more variety in bread and made more rolls because many times they run out quickly. Likewise, the price for the flavor is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La panadería tiene potencial, sin embargo ha sobrevivido gracias a la gran calidad de sus bolillos, sin poder hablar de sus bizcochos los cuales no he probado, pero si he visto que cada día los suben de precio, sin atender al hecho de que el tamaño de sus panes es un poco más reducido al tamaño de los bolillos que venden en otras panaderías
The bakery has potential, however it has survived thanks to the high quality of its rolls, not to mention its cakes which I have not tried, but I have seen that every day they go up in price, regardless of the fact that the size of their breads is a little smaller than the size of the rolls sold in other bakeries

Los bolillos son geniales, pero cero limpieza, el otro día entró un indigente todo mugroso asi agarró las pinzas y asi las dejó. No hay gel antibacterial para antes y después de utilizar las pinzas.
No ponen el bolillo en un estante o contenedor, lo dejan en la charolas de cocción cuando sale todo hirviendo del horno y ahí lo dejan para que se despache la gente, todo mundo se quema, y varias piezas de pan dormir se caen al suelo.
De lo peor organizada. Sin embargo el pan sabe muy bien, caro pero muy bueno.
The dirtiest bakery in Iztacalco.
The bobbins are great, but zero cleaning, the other day a homeless man came in all filthy so he grabbed the tweezers and left them like that. There is no antibacterial gel for before and after using the tweezers.
They don't put the bolillo on a shelf or container, they leave it on the cooking trays when everything comes out of the oven boiling and they leave it there for people to dispatch, everyone burns, and several pieces of sleeping bread fall to the ground.
Worst organized. However, the bread tastes very good, expensive but very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio deja mucho que desear y la higiene es pésima . Hace un par de días encontré un pedazo de hoja de afeitar en uno de los panes que compre, es totalmente asqueroso y sumamente peligroso! ???? Deberían tener más cuidado e higiene en productos, instalaciones y el personal.
The service leaves a lot to be desired and the hygiene is appalling. A couple of days ago I found a piece of razor blade in one of the loaves I bought, it is totally disgusting and extremely dangerous! ???? They should take more care and hygiene in products, facilities and personnel.
