2.-mala conexión del equipo ,
3.-tuvieron que venir mas de 5 técnicos para arreglar la mala conexión que hicieron desde el principio.
4.- en varias ocaciones se activó falsa alarma y no llamaron para verificar.
5.- no tienen el personal suficiente para resolver de inmediato problemas con el equipo, si se te descompone el viernes probablemente tendrás que quedarte sin servicio hasta el lunes por qué no hay personal suficiente disponible que lo resuelva, a menos de que pagues por alguien que valla fuera de horario.
Terrible after sales service,
2.-bad connection of the equipment,
3.-More than 5 technicians had to come to fix the bad connection they made from the beginning.
4.- in several occasions false alarm was activated and they did not call to verify.
5.- They do not have enough staff to immediately solve problems with the equipment, if it breaks down on Friday you will probably have to run out of service until Monday why there is not enough staff available to solve it, unless you pay for someone That goes off schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abusivos y poco claros en los precios, Cotizan cosas por separado, el soporte tecnico es muy limitado , reportas el problema vienen a ver que es y regresan 3 dias despues, la gente de video no tiene nada que ver con la gente de alarmas.... un verdadero desastre de organizacion.
Abusive and unclear in prices, they quote things separately, technical support is very limited, you report the problem, they come to see what it is and they return 3 days later, the video people have nothing to do with the alarm people. .. a real organizational disaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen la tecnologia apropiada para ofrecer un servicio serio,. Están al pendiente los primeros meses ya una vez que les pagaste por adelantado todo el año, ya despues no dan el ancho. Hay que actualizarse jóvenes por que lo mejor es la recomendación de boca en boca saludos!.
They do not have the appropriate technology to offer a serious service. They are on the lookout for the first months and once you paid them in advance all year, they don't give the width later.
