★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí el día de ayer a una asesoría en la que fuimos atendidos por una licenciada cuyo nombre no escribiré pues esta no es una buena reseña, fue una muy mala experiencia.
La razón de la visita fue para exponer un caso de solicitud de visa para un amigo muy querido a quien un castigo de 10 años fuera de Estados Unidos fue asignado. Desde el primer momento, la licenciada se mostró poco empatica e incluso despota en la parte del cuestionario, la formulación de sus preguntas fue acusatoria y sin recabar todos los datos necesarios solamente con algunos pedazos de información, asumió varias respuestas y concluyó que era un caso difícil y era necesario comenzar con una investigación en extremo costosa ($15,000). En ningún momento proporcionó específicos del proceso, lo cual es por supuesto deseable y necesario cuando quien está de este lado no tiene claridad en todo lo que debe hacerse, es por eso que se solicita asesoría.
En algún punto su actitud resultó tan incomoda que le expresamos cuán falta de claridad y calidez era su atención y ya no hicimos más preguntas, terminamos con la entrevista, proseguimos a pagar el costo de la asesoría y salimos del lugar, en extremo decepcionados y molestos por la interacción.
Este comentario más que una queja es una invitación a que revisen sus procesos y la manera en la que conducen sus entrevistas, ya que al ser el 4to lugar que visitamos, tenemos punto de comparación y honestamente tienen un área muy grande de oportunidad en la atención que brindan.
Yesterday I went to a consultancy where we were attended by a lawyer whose name I will not write because this is not a good review, it was a very bad experience.
The reason for the visit was to present a visa application case for a very dear friend to whom a 10-year sentence outside the United States was assigned. From the first moment, the graduate showed little empathy and even despises in the questionnaire part, the formulation of her questions was accusatory and without collecting all the necessary data with only some pieces of information, she assumed several answers and concluded that it was a case difficult and it was necessary to start with an extremely expensive investigation ($ 15,000). At no time did he provide specifics of the process, which is of course desirable and necessary when whoever is on this side does not have clarity on everything that must be done, that is why advice is requested.
At some point his attitude was so uncomfortable that we expressed to him how unclear and warm his attention was and we did not ask any more questions, we finished the interview, we continued to pay the cost of the consultancy and we left the place, extremely disappointed and annoyed. for the interaction.
This comment, more than a complaint, is an invitation to review their processes and the way they conduct their interviews, since being the 4th place we visit, we have a point of comparison and honestly they have a very large area of opportunity in the attention that they provide.

Entiendo que debido a la contingencia las politicas sean mas restrictivas (no me explicaron), sin embargo más que una asesoría la atención que recibí fue la de una entrevista de trabajo. Además ya no se especializan en trámites para Canadá
