★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un gym muy equipado, los aparatos en muy buenas condiciones, con demasiados aparatos para cardio, solo una queja, en cardio no hay ventilación y por las noches se llena y eso hace que todo el calor de las personas se encierre y sofoca. El precio es un poco caro.
 It is a very equipped GYM, the devices in very good condition, with too many devices for cardio, just a complaint, in cardio there is no ventilation and at night it is filled and that makes all the heat of people lock up and suffocate. The price is a bit expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente concuerdo con varias opiniones que aquí han expresado.
El gimnasio ofrece un equipo nuevo, completo, variado y de buena calidad. El área de cardio es espectacular, cuenta con todo funcional. Sin embargo los entrenadores, la recepción y las instalaciones afuera del gym, están del nabo.
Afuera parece basurero, siempre hay perros y basura, parece centro de reciclaje.
Los entrenadores no están interesados en ofrecer una atención al usuario, son déspotas y groseros.
La limpieza del lugar es decadente, hay polvo por todas partes, pañuelos usados, cubrevocas tirados, además los baños están siempre llenos de agua y suciedad.
Si eres principiante para nada te lo recomiendo.
Si eres intermedio te recomiendo pagues una visita y estés dispuesto a evaluar cada uno de los puntos que aquí he escrito.
Si eres avanzado pero no muy especial, te lo recomiendo ampliamente.
Para el precio y la zona, creo que podría mejorar mucho. Lastima que no les interesa.
I definitely agree with several opinions that have been expressed here.
The gym offers a new, complete, varied and good quality equipment. The cardio area is spectacular, it has everything functional. However, the trainers, the reception and the facilities outside the gym are off the charts.
Outside it looks like a garbage dump, there are always dogs and garbage, it looks like a recycling center.
Coaches are not interested in providing user support, they are despotic and rude.
The cleanliness of the place is decadent, there is dust everywhere, used tissues, dust covers thrown away, and the bathrooms are always full of water and dirt.
If you are a beginner, I don't recommend it at all.
If you are intermediate, I recommend you pay a visit and be willing to evaluate each of the points that I have written here.
If you are advanced but not very special, I highly recommend it.
For the price and the area, I think it could improve a lot. Too bad they are not interested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gimnasio funcional muy completo ya que cuenta con todos los aparatos para entrenar pesas cardio y adicional a ofrece clases de box. Cuenta con cafetería, nutriólogo, consultorios.
El estacionamiento es únicamente para tres vehículos pero su acceso en transporte público es muy rápido.
Very complete functional gym since it has all the equipment to train cardio weights and additionally offers boxing classes. It has a cafeteria, nutritionist, offices.
Parking is only for three vehicles but its access by public transport is very fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene una buena cantidad de equipo para entrenar, desde mancuernas hasta una gran variedad de máquinas. Lo mejor es que cuentan con apoyo a los usuarios por medio de los entrenadores.
It has a good amount of equipment for training, from dumbbells to a wide variety of machines. The best thing is that they have support for users through trainers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, entrenadores que no te ponen atención (ni siquiera son certificados en el área), aunque les pagues personalizado solo están con el teléfono. La dueña y los empleados son déspotas, la limpieza en la parte de cardio es horrible. DECEPCIÓN TOTAL.
Terrible service, trainers who do not pay attention to you (they are not even certified in the area), even if you pay them personalized, they are only on the phone. The owner and the employees are despots, the cleanliness in the cardio area is horrible. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empleados prepotentes, en recepción siempre te ponen cara como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. Instructores aunque tengan buen físico son una basura, TODO EL TIEMPO EN EL TELÉFONO. Limpieza media. No vale la pena para lo que pagas.
Arrogant employees, at reception they always make a face as if they were doing you a favor. Instructors even if they have good physique are rubbish, ALL THE TIME ON THE PHONE. Medium cleaning. It's not worth what you pay for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting from Las Vegas , Nevada and was looking for a gym to train at temporarily. At first they were super welcoming ; receptionist was incredibly polite and welcoming, but the personal trainers not so much . I was scolded and hounded at every single station /machine I was working out at , and I was given weird looks. Not to mention the fellow members were unfortunately not giving me welcoming vibes ; with the exception of two gentlemen who were extremely warm to me . In regards to the equipment , you can't go as heavy as other places because they will break ; I learned the hard way and was given a hard time for it. I will be looking to take my business elsewhere next time im in either CDMX or the State of Mexico .
