★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar no recomendable para hacer muebles, te cobran por adelantado, se tardan mas de dos meses en entregar, tienes que ir personalmente para ver el avance de tu mueble y a preguntar porque ellos no te informan como va el proceso y cuando tu les marcas a su numero te mandan a buzon o descuelgan la bocina.

Las personas son groseras a tal nivel de insultarte y decirte majaderias, no tiene educacion, evitate corajes y problemas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal manejo de tiempos de entrega, se entiende que con la situación de covid puedan retrasarse pero indican que entregan de 3 a 4 semanas y no cumplen, yo compré un comedor el cual tardó 3 meses en llegar a mi casa. El vinil de la cubierta resultó de mala calidad, en menos de 3 meses de uso, se empezó a romper de las esquinas, sigo en espera para que me den seguimiento y resuelvan el tema. Por otro lado, no pasan las llamadas de inconformidad a los Gerentes, no tienen departamento de satisfacción del cliente por lo que no se puede escalar con nadie lo que se vive cuando no te entregan calidad y hay demoras. Te piden liquidar sin revisar previamente lo que pediste y de esa manera difícilmente resuelven desperfectos en los muebles que adquieres.
