★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusto mucho el lugar, es lo mejorcito de neza, el trato que me dieron fue bueno, son amables y me agrado el ambiente, tienen muchísimos servicios y al menos el primero que me hicieron (efecto de color) me encanto, sin duda seguiré yendo para mi retoque y cejas y pestañas y todo lo que se pueda.
 I really liked the place, it is the best of Neza, the treatment they gave me was good, they are friendly and I liked the atmosphere, they have many services and at least the first one they made me (color effect) I loved it, I will definitely continue going for my touch-up and eyebrows and eyelashes and everything that can be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No alcance ni a entrar, el piso que pusieron es resbaloso, la amiga con quien iba se resbaló. Que mal que no piensen que ese piso es muy peligros para todos los transeuntes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es super atento pero dejo mi mal review porque anuncian depilación láser y su equipo es casero (usan un Remington qué se puede comprar en Amazon) más barato que el costo de las sesiones qué debido a la naturaleza del IPL qué usan tienes que regresar por retoques. Mi tratamiento de depilación y aclaración quedó a medias por que otro aparato que usaban de "decompuso" y me hicieron la "devolución" de las sesiones restantes... yo pagué cerca de 4,600 el total de mi tratamiento SOLO por bikini completo y me devolvieron 1,400! Por que dan sesiones de "regalo" pero sí te las cobran ya que solo me dieron 7 sesiones... viendo otros lugares realmente profesionales se me hace un ABUSO en el precio.... ?
Anuncian el tratamiento como algo profesional cuándo no lo es!
Insito las chicas siempre atentas y de super buena actitud...
The staff is super attentive but I leave my bad review because they advertise laser hair removal and their equipment is homemade (they use a Remington which can be bought on Amazon) cheaper than the cost of the sessions, due to the nature of the IPL they use, you have to return for touch-ups. My depilation and clarification treatment was only half done because another device that they used "decomposed" and they made me "refund" for the remaining sessions ... I paid about 4,600 the total of my treatment ONLY for a complete bikini and they returned me 1,400! Because they give "gift" sessions but they do charge you since they only gave me 7 sessions ... seeing other really professional places makes me ABUSE in the price ... ?
They advertise treatment as professional when it is not!
I insist on the girls always attentive and with a super good attitude ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo particular, comprarnos el paquete de depilación laser y aclarado, las sesiones de menos de 10 minutos, doloroso y quemaba , así que dejé de ir desde mi segunda sesión en lo que sanaba la zona y retomé a las 3 semanas.
El EQUIPO QUE UTILIZAN NO ES PROFESIONAL, ES CASERO que puedes comprar por mercado libre o Amazon casi por el Mismo costo de tu tratamiento.
Las chicas que atienden son muy atentas y amables pero la administración es fatal.
Reembolsaron después de 2 meses y no fue completo, además de realizar mal mi cuenta para el reembolso. Pague 2800 y me reembolsaron 450. Cabe destacar que el problema no fueron las chicas sino la admiración y el equipo láser.
