It was that simple; we told them what happened to the car, what we ONLY needed done to the car, and the price variance we were expecting to pay. The owner, his son and staff were very patient with us, also being that we didn’t speak much spanish and had my husband translate for us over the phone, they were very accommodating. They informed us of the price of the parts before putting them on, and they did not try to up-sell us on any other services. Recommend for tourists who Dnt want to get ripped off.
