★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo muy bien respecto a precios y variedad de producto. Pero deberían tener un punto de venta para hacer los cobros más rápidos. Teniendo varias sucursales deberían implementar lectores de códigos de barras para agilizar el cobro. Para cobrar una cuentas se tardan muchísimo por hacerlo en notas de remisión..y cuando llevamos mayoreo se pueden tardar hasta 1 hora o más en hacer cuentas, verificar mercancía y si tienen error hay que repetir. Todo su personal trabaja bien y se esfuerza, pero si los directivos de la empresa no brindan el equipo para hacer su trabajo más eficiente, la Calidad de su servicio deja mucho que desear.
All very good regarding prices and product variety. But they should have a point of sale to make payments faster. Having several branches, they should implement barcode readers to speed up payment. To collect an account, it takes a long time to do it in remittance notes ... and when we carry wholesale it can take up to 1 hour or more to make accounts, verify merchandise and if they have errors, they must be repeated. All its staff work well and strive, but if the company managers do not provide the equipment to make their work more efficient, the quality of their service leaves much to be desired.
