Por parte de reclutadores y de RH, una muy mala organización así como falta de respeto hacia sus candidatos y forma de reclutar - seleccionar.. Ya que el proceso es: tomar un transporte de entrevista hacia la planta en algún lugar predispuesto, enseguida en planta una larga fila para ingresar, después un examen psicometrico consta de interpretación de lectura y matemáticas básicas, después examen médico.. Y largas filas de espera en intereprie, proceso que dura aporx. 7 am a 5 pm.. Te citan al sig. Día igualmente transporte de entrevista.. Solo que esta ves es transporte de inducción.. Poreceso en el cual en planta seleccionan a el personal no apto para ingreso, por algún filtro ya sea medico o de antecedente, es en este momento en el cual no se tiene ninguna consideración por los candidatos ya que después de aver asegurado su ingreso aun sin saber los resultados optan por hacer que los candidatos tomen por sus medios el tiempo y dinero para acudir a su punto de transporte de inducción.. Gastar en papelería, trasporte, comida y tiempo, para solo recibir un "emos concluido aquí su proceso".. Una sugerencia de "EL DEVER SER".... Es si un candidato no es apto para el ingreso es.. en el momento de tener los resultados comunicarce con el mismo para informarle.. Ya que todas las lo solicitudes cuentan con espacios para ingresar uno o dos números de contacto.. Así el candidato no pierde tiempo y dinero.. o en su defecto condicionar el ingreso de su candidato a una llamada telefónica para hacerle saber que es apto para su ingreso. Otra cuestión es que si piensan acudir a planta deberán llevar para un taxi o indriver ya que el regreso no le preocupa a la empresa.
