Buenas tardes, fui a recoger el equipo para darme cuenta del mal servicio y poco cuidado que tienen en su armado, me encontré can varios desperfectos estéticos, rayaduras en la tapa superior, daños en las bisagras, a un costado del botón de encendido, ruptura y daño en la tapa inferior a la altura del conector del thunderbolt, un golpe ubicado cerca del led indicador de carga, además de un mal ensamblado ya que no se encontraba cerrada correctamente, esto se puede apreciar en la parte posterior del equipo, el problema es que el equipo tenía un mes de que se adquirió contando con una estética como el día que se recibió, adjunto fotos, tomen en cuenta que el servicio que brindan, no es el adecuado para un producto nuevo y tan caro. El producto me encantó, pero su servicio postventa deja mucho que desear.
Cómo no se a quien dirigirme, envío este correo a todos, espero me puedan ayudar reemplazando el equipo por uno igual o en su defecto me hagan la devolución de mi dinero, gracias y espero su respuesta.
Dónde se ubica su chat directo, necesito de su ayuda ya que no estoy de acuerdo con el servicio de garantía ofrecido y me he sentido tentado a acudir a PROFECO y que ellos me ayuden a buscar una solución con respecto al servicio de garantía de Lnovo, el cuál es pésimo y muy tardado, solo se dedican a cambiar tarjetas madres, eso no tiene ciencia, además de hacerlo mal ya que entregan los equipos dañados, diablos, hasta en YouTube hay tutoriales de como abrir correctamente los equipos.

I loved the product, but its after-sales service leaves a lot to be desired.
As I don't know who to contact, I send this email to everyone, I hope you can help me by replacing the equipment with the same one or, failing that, give me a refund of my money, thank you and I await your response.
Where is your direct chat located, I need your help since I do not agree with the warranty service offered and I have been tempted to go to PROFECO and ask them to help me find a solution regarding the Lnovo warranty service, which is lousy and very slow, they only change motherboards, that is not science, in addition to doing it wrong since they deliver the damaged equipment, hell, even on YouTube there are tutorials on how to open the equipment correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como en la publicidad indicaban el producto llegaba en 3 días, despues de 3 a 5 días, pero en realidad mi compra la realice el 30 noviembre y llego el 14 diciembre en la noche, yo la ocupaba dentro de esos 5 días indicados y tuve que comprar otras 2 chrombooks para cubrir la necesidad, gestione la cancelación y ya tienen aprox 3 semanas que me estan enviando unas guias para regresarles el producto y me regresen mi dinero, mi compra fue de aprox 15mil pesos, sigo en espera de mi reembolso y de su guia para enviarles el producto por incumplimiento de entrega. En realidad espero poder comprar otro equipo y si me lo entreguen en el tiempo que publicitan. cuando hago una compra en linea es por que me urge el producto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ con lo que respecta al estado físico del equipo, todo bien. el problema es que la máquina estada muy lenta para abrir cualquier programa se tardaba demasiadisimo tiempo. la lleve a la tienda donde la compré la revisaron y me dijeron que el disco duro tenia problemas. y tuve que cancelar la compra. quería que me la cambiaran por otra con disco SSD Y No tuvieron. estoy analizando otros equipos .GRACIAS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a laptop off the website, claiming it would be delivered within 2-4 business days. No tracking number given and no information whatsoever is available either through the website or calling in. Its been 15 days, 10 business days, and I still haven't received a straight answer. Customer service does not reply to emails. DONT buy LENOVO, I have never had such crappy customer experience.

I ordered from their original website, because they did not have enterprise models physically in shops near me. 2-4 days delivery sounded promising, now after 16 working days, I have no tracking information, the call centre is giving misleading information, or promising to call or email, what never happens.
After paying through a bank transfer (only option that worked after international credit card and local debit card), they send me email confirming the payment one week after receiving the money.
After calling to US customer support, they tried to be much more helpful then here in Mexico, but could not find any information as the Mexican branch did not provide anything to the system. Other Mexican contacts to Lenovo branches transfer you to the same useless line and contact mentioned on Mexican Lenovo site, International Corporate Raleigh does not connect you anywhere. After 2 weeks since my order, I have been told that the laptop was out of stock, and when you check their website again, the same model is there available with a note saying 'delivery 2-4 days'. Anyway, they did not informed me about anything beside confirming my order very first day and the previous email. For requesting a refund, they forward you to an email address with saying, they do not have a phone line to them and they will respond you within 2-3 weeks about your refund. After heading to Profeco office to get governmental help for customers, they only said they have no relationship with Lenovo and they could try to reach them and get back to us in 2 months.
Absolutely ridiculous system, hope they close this branch very soon.
