The next day, when he worked with the "new" lenses he could not focus and we returned to the optician and they said that if they did the adjustment, but he had to pay 2,400.00 to make it progressive, and that I consider it a well-planned robbery by the opticians , so that you spend too much when they did not take the exam correctly since they checked that they were progressive lenses and made a graduation just to see from afar. We went to PROFECO and unfortunately and curtly, my wife was NOT given proof of the work done, which made it impossible to prosper the claim before PROFECO, and that by the way, the "doctors" made fun of me when I told them we would meet at PROFECO Obviously, they knew that they had proceeded with advantage towards a client. Do NOT go to this company that only seeks to scam and insult treating your customers as ignorant, which is where they eat, hopefully they will close a "business" that does not know what customer service is, we will never return to this ominous place and insist that They take care of these scammers.
