★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima empresa, todo trato que hacen con los empleados para devoluciones de horas o pagos de horas extras son totalmente incumplidos, han despedido a personas que están incapacitadas para no hacerse responsables, puedes pasarte horas hablando al número telefónico que pusieron y no es el correcto, aparte, nadie te contesta, supervisores prepotentes, no tienen el concepto de probidad organización y logística que se requiere para llevar a cabo el trabajo que dicen que se hace, la cereza del pastel, empiezan las relaciones entre compañeritos, súmele a todo esto la comida mala que te dan, en resumidas cuentas piénsenlo más de dos veces antes de ir a solicitar trabajo a Leoni la peor empresa que pudo haberse asentado en el estado de Yucatán sea cual sea de las 2 plantas que se encuentren en funciones ahora,

Los jefes obligan a los supervisores a que la gente que se queden después de su hora y realizan cambios como se les de la gana. Aparte de si la gente falta aun teniendo incapacidad del seguro social no se le paga el día y descuento es del doble de lo que gana un operador en un día. Espero lean esto y no consideren para trabajar en esta empresa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta empresa tiene al día de hoy más de 3 años en Mérida, pagan salarios arriba del mercado local y en algún momento las oportunidades de crecimiento han sido reales, la pandemia del Covid a frenado muchas cosas al igual que el exceso de personal demasiado inexperto en áreas claves, posiblemente el año entrante sea mejor.
