Después de revisar varios modelos y no encontrar talla disponible, logre encontrar supuesta disponibilidad en 2 productos diferentes y procedí a realizar la compra. Realice el pago, me lo debitaron, ese mismo día me llego un correo de confirmación de pedido... y Oh sorpresa!! Al día siguiente me envían un correo diciéndome que el pedido había sido cancelado según “mi solicitud” (totalmente falso) y el cargo seguía en mi cuenta bancaria, procedo a comunicarme para aclarar que no solicite ninguna cancelación de pedido y la respuesta es que no tienen inventario y por eso la cancelan, después de haber revisado mucho en la página hasta encontrar un producto “supuestamente disponible” Finalmente mi dinero sigue congelado, porque debo esperar varios días para que se realice el crédito a mi cuenta y yo tengo que resolver con dinero adicional ya que el producto lo necesito. Pésima organización de la empresa con su página web y su sistema de inventario, de muy mal gusto pasar por esa experiencia. Una lástima porque me gustaba mucho Leonisa.
